BEAR MTN.

Bear Mountain is considered one of the first mountains to really move forward and support the idea of "freestyle" snowboarding, and over time it has cemented itself as one of the top mountain in the world as far as progression, and the quality of their terrain parks. Countless videos have been shot there, numerous pro's have rode there. Its almost a right of passage as a pro snowboarder to be in a Bear Mtn edit. However, there seems to be this lingering negative stigma attached to Bear Mtn riders or "locals" the words burnout and pot head come to mind, its a place were a snowboarder can go and die, literally dropping off the face of the map. Why? no one really knows maybe its the fact that riding that park is just so perfect that you never want to leave, ask Lucas Magoon for the answer to that question. There aren't many snowboarders who make it out of Bear and make a name for themselves. Guys like Chris Bradshaw is a one of kind bear local that has been and is doing it so right, and for the younger generation Zak Hale. But one thing will always ring true Bear edits always leave me with a smile on my face, and this one is no exception, an instant classic!
